Customized Research Workflow
We conduct thorough discussions to fully understand your research goals and desired outcomes, including details about your products or services. We can also sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) at this stage.
Based on the consultation, we propose the most effective research methods. We can also provide consulting as needed throughout this process.
Once you decide to proceed, you may confirm by email or with a purchase order. If necessary, formal contracts or NDAs will also be executed.
We prepare a specific research plan, create work instructions for researchers, and design a reporting format. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to oversee the project and introduced to you.
After reviewing the plan, instructions, and reporting format, and upon receiving your approval, we officially begin the research.
Local expert researchers in each country carry out the customized research according to the agreed schedule. The project manager monitors progress closely, maintaining communication with all researchers to ensure smooth execution.
Our internal research team conducts a double-check of accuracy and validity. If necessary, layout and typesetting (DTP) for the report will be completed at this stage.
We deliver the final report of the research. Interim deliverables can be provided upon request before the final report.
A standard two-week review period is provided after delivery. During this time, any revisions or adjustments needed will be made free of charge.
