Standard Workflow
To fully understand your ultimate goal, we conduct a thorough consultation to discuss the purpose and specific requirements of the research.
This also includes detailed interviews about the client’s services and products. At this stage, it is also possible to conclude an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
If you decide to proceed, please notify us by email or by issuing a purchase order. Where necessary, we will also conclude contracts or NDAs.
Based on our initial consultation, we prepare a detailed research plan, work instructions for the researchers, and a reporting format for the client. At this point, a project manager at AtGlobal will be appointed to oversee the project, and we will introduce them to the client.
The client carefully reviews the “plan, work instructions, and report” prepared in Step 3. After the client’s approval and formal instruction to begin, the research officially starts.
Specialized researchers based in each country begin the research. The research is customized according to the contract and carried out according to the schedule. During the process, the project manager communicates frequently with the researchers, manages progress, and works alongside them to achieve the goal.
Our in-house team then conducts a double-check against the prepared format to ensure the accuracy and quality of the research.
The final report on the commissioned research will be delivered. If necessary, interim deliveries before the final report are also possible.
We provide a standard inspection period of approximately two weeks after delivery. During this time, if you notice any issues, we will provide corrections or adjustments free of charge.
