Service Provision Structure

The translation department of AtGlobal responds to customer requests with the following team structure.

Service Structure

Project Manager

The translation department is broadly divided into two teams, one for overseas clients and one for domestic clients, each with a manager. Each team has about 10 project managers (PMs) who manage important translation projects from estimation to delivery. When you entrust us with your work, we will assign one appropriate PM to be your dedicated point of contact.

Most of AtGlobal’s PMs are Japanese, but they can communicate in foreign languages such as English, Chinese, and Korean. We also have staff who can speak Malay, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. If you would like to communicate in a language other than Japanese, please do not hesitate to consult with us.

LQA Team

“LQA” stands for “Language Quality Assurance”. We will implement various measures to maintain and improve quality in collaboration with the translation team.

Resource Team

Resources in a translation company mainly refer to human resources such as translators and reviewers (checkers).

The “Resource Team” is in charge of recruiting, selecting through trial examinations, contracting, and performance management of these human resources. AtGlobal has about 1,700 registered translators and more than 50 in-house translators and reviewers who have been evaluated by the company, and the role of the resource team is to manage them comprehensively.
