If you wish to place an order, you will indicate your intention to do so by email or by issuing a purchase order. If necessary, we will sign a contract or NDA.

Based on the results of the interviews to date, we will create a specific research plan, work instructions for the researcher, and report format for the client. At this point, we will appoint a project manager within atGlobal to manage this project and introduce him or her to the client.

Once the client has carefully reviewed and agreed with the “plan, work instructions, and report” prepared in (2) above, we will begin the investigation after receiving formal instructions to begin the investigation.

We will deliver a report on the requested research. If necessary, we can make an interim delivery before the final delivery.

As a standard, we will allow an inspection period of about two weeks after delivery, during which time we will make corrections, etc. free of charge if we notice anything.
