Atglobal, our translation department is composed of the following teams to meet your needs.

The Translation Department is largely divided into two teams, in charge of overseas clients and in charge of domestic clients, each with its own manager. Each team has about 10 project managers (PMs) who manage important translation projects from estimation to delivery. When you entrust us with a job, we will appoint one appropriate PM to serve as your dedicated contact person.
Most of Atglobal’s PMs are Japanese, but can communicate in foreign languages such as English, Chinese, and Korean. We also have staff who can speak Malay, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. If you prefer to communicate in a language other than Japanese, please do not hesitate to contact us.

LQA Team

“LQA” is an acronym for “Language Quality Assurance. We implement various measures to maintain and improve quality in conjunction with our translation team.

Resource Team

Resources in a translation company mainly refer to human resources such as translators and reviewers (checkers).
Resource Team is responsible for recruiting, trial selection, contracting, and performance management of these human resources. The Resource Team is responsible for the overall management of the approximately 1,700 registered translators and 50+ in-house translators and reviewers who have been evaluated by atGlobal.
