Atglobal defines the “Standard Quality” of its deliverables as follows and provides its services only after the client understands and agrees to them. In addition, every effort is made to communicate with the client sufficiently before the actual work is commenced in order to fully understand the client’s requirements, top priorities, and specifications before starting production.

Missing Translation

Ensure that there is no leftover untranslated original text from the original.

Typo

Thoroughly eliminate typographical errors in the translation.

Mistranslation

Incorrect translations caused by misunderstandings of the original meaning are eliminated.

Violation of Specifications

A specification document is prepared that defines the style of the text and conformity to the stated specifications is ensured.

Standard Quality 2: Translation that can be Read and Understood at a Glance

As a general rule, Atglobal is careful not to go beyond the scope of the requested “translation” work and we refrain from overly liberal translations. We aim to create translations that are easy to understand on first reading, eliminating ambiguous sentences that can be interpreted in different ways or sentences that require multiple readings to be understood.
